Terms & Conditions:
1. Description: We endeavor to ensure that all items & their descriptions provided in our on-line shop are accurate.
2. Orders: All orders are subject to availability & our acceptance & will be processed in accordance with the conditions of delivery set out on our website.
3: Deliveries: All orders received before 12 noon will be despatched same day for next day delivery in Ireland. However please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
4: Prices & Payment: All prices are Vat exclusive and at the rate prevailing at date of dispatch. Credit Card payments are handled solely by Paypal & no credit card information is collected or stored by Astec P.O.S. Ltd.
5: Contract of Sale: The purchase is not made until you have completed the online payment order form & you have accepted these terms & conditions which you can download & print. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
6: Returns: We trust you will be satisfied with the items you have purchased from our on-line shop. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, you may return the goods in their original packaging within 7 working days starting from the day after you have received the goods. We will only pay for returns if the goods are faulty.
7: Refusal of Transaction: We reserve the right at any time to withdraw any item from our on-line shop & to refuse to process a transaction for any reason, at any time & at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for refusal to enter into a transaction for any reason. In order to be eligible to purchase items on this website & to lawfully enter into & form contracts, you must provide your real name, phone number, payment details, be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address & possess a valid credit card.
8. All new equipment supplied comes with a 12 Month Return to Base Warranty. Programming is charged extra. In the event of equipment malfunction, you must pay shipping for returns to us, we will pay shipping back to you. The Warranty does not extend to goods subject to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or maintenance, or which have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Seller or its Authorised Agents and Representatives.
